IV Nutrition and Hydration Therapy

 Not intended for those  with History of CHF; Poorly controlled CAD (MI within 3 months, active use of Nitroglycerin, etc.): Stage 4 or greater renal impairment: Peritoneal or Hemo Dialysis; Sensitivity or allergy to any of the additives; Sensitivity or allergy to benzyl alcohol used as preservative, Uncontrolled HTN, DM, Leber’s Disease, iron or folic acid deficiency, medications that affect bone marrow, and/or ages younger than 18 years or over 65 years of age. 

You may bring in your own provider's orders if you fall outside of criteria. 

You may request an appt with the Medical Director also. (additional fee)

You will be required to fill out a Medical History form that will be reviewed by a medical professional prior to your infusion. You will be contacted prior if any prior lab work or appointment is required by Medical Director; additional fees may incur.
